Please follow the guidelines and act strictly according to the procedure.
Any Grievance/Complaint, in respect of RITES working can be registered here.
  • To enable consideration of grievances, please give your proper Name and Address and email address
  • Complaints must be brief and contain factual details, verifiable facts and related matters.
  • Actionable complaints will generally be acknowledged and replied to but it is not always possible to keep the complainant updated with the status of the case.However the complaints are followed up by us to their logical conclusion.
